Falling in LOVE with crystal bowls

I first discovered crystal bowls in 2016, and immediately fell in love. I loved their sound and the way they made me feel-complete relaxation and peace. That’s when I started purchasing bowls. My curiosity grew and I continued to buy more and more bowls. I played for friends whenever I could. I first played for the public in May 2021 in San Diego at Mission Bay’s Crown Point Park for a Full Moon Yoga event. It was incredible! I knew I had to keep moving forward and share the sound bath experience with everyone I could.

I practiced every day. I completed a training course and received a certification.

From December 2021 to June 2022 I played a weekly sound bath called Sound Bath Saturday.

Summer of 2024, I was playing at Jai Aikido dojo before my cancer diagnosis.

I’ve played private sound baths for small groups, and for large groups at conventions

I currently lead a sound healing class at Mission Valley YMCA
